Hatoful Boyfriend on Steam!

You may or may not have heard, but Hatoful Boyfriend is getting an HD remake on Steam!  There is new content and an additional ending.  If you haven't played it, you really should.  Don't judge a bird by its plumage.

Hatoful Boyfriend is a parody of the dating sim genre, in which the human protagonist goes to an all-bird high school.  Bird puns abound.  It's a light-hearted romantic comedy...

...except it's really not.  The real plot is convoluted and goes far deeper and darker than is possible to explain without major spoilers, and by the time you discover that, dating these birds will be the last thing on your mind.

It's $10 for the regular edition and $15 for the collector's edition, and if you order before the release date of August 21, both versions are 10% off.  Everybirdie should buy it and enjoy it!  Though it's technically about dating pigeons, the romance part is G-rated all the way through, so it's really all in good fun.

Hatoful Boyfriend Overload! Overflow! EX

Hey all! For those who like pigeons (and those of you who don't, I am judging you right now), the official English version of Hatoful Boyfriend Overload! Overflow! EX is now available!

EX is a compilation of chapters 13-16 of the manga published on the web, as well as over twenty new pages of bonus material. The translations of the older chapters have been fixed up and edited for errors, phrasing, and what have you. There are also two new sidestory manga chapters, several pages of drawings, and info on the new web series. It's three dollars and I highly suggest you buy it, if at all possible. It's totally worth the price; the bonus material made me want to let out high-pitched squeals when I saw it.

As these chapters now have an official release, I've deleted the corresponding translations on this blog. Support Moa by buying this book! Read with updated translations! Yay! Merry Christmas!
