ReplyDeleteThank you for all the work you've done with these. Just curious- why does Robin's gender switch between the CDs? Are different CDs available based on Robin's gender or was it just a weird quirk?
ReplyDeleteI take it as the CDs being standalone works: they take place in different universes/Outrealms/whatever. Since both Robins exist, it sort of makes sense to do a CD for each one of them rather than choosing one or the other (which would sort of cement one gender in particular as being more "canon"). There are only four CDs, numbered sequentially -- so they didn't make, say, male and female versions of CD 1 with the same plot): first has male Robin, second has female, third has neither, and fourth has both Robins and both Morgans and says they're from different Outrealms.
